It’s a beautiful spacious pad done up very tastefully giving the true feeling of luxury in dubai while making it feel like home with their spacious rooms and living room layout . The location is easy to find with great views.

I had an amazing stay at this penthouse. The ocean view is absolutely stunning — truly even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The space was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The host was extremely responsive and genuinely kind, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

We had a wonderful stay and truly loved this place. It is very spacious — even for a big family group we never felt crowded. The apartment is actually bigger and better than the photos suggest. The terrace is huge and very private, with stunning views. Mornings were magical, sunsets beautiful, and we could even watch the JBR drone show directly from the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped (from garlic press to champagne flutes). Note: you need to buy your own spices and olive oil if cooking. The cleaning team was excellent — efficient, friendly, and helpful, providing fresh towels, trash bags, and extra utensils. The host was outstanding — super responsive and welcoming. He met us at check-in, helped with luggage, shared useful local info, and when we had a small access card issue, he kindly arranged a complimentary cleaning. The location is fantastic: direct beach access, paddle/tennis courts, great coffeeshop, Russian banya near the pool, promenade with beach clubs, & a mall.
