    We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Royal Residences at Zabeel Saray, Palm Jumeirah. From the moment we arrived, the experience was excellent, and the hospitality truly made our stay special. A special mention to Asim from Guest Relations, who was extremely helpful, professional and welcoming throughout our stay. His attention to detail and willingness to assist made a big difference. I would also like to personally thank Raj, Bishnu and Dev Fernandes from the Housekeeping team. They were absolutely excellent—friendly, hardworking, attentive and always ensured that everything was perfect. Their service was outstanding and greatly appreciated. We were also very grateful for the flexibility with the late check-out, which made our departure much more comfortable and convenient. Overall, the service, hospitality, cleanliness and attention to detail were exceptional. The entire team made us feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after. Highly recommended !

    Jumeirah Zabeel saray is one of our favourite hotels so to be able to stay on the Lagoon in the Royal residences villa here was an amazing experience- the villa was spacious and the in house dining facility was very convenient especially when we did not feel like making or going out for breakfast! My only criticism would be that they did not change the bedding and towels daily despite me requesting this - they just hung the same towels up -

    We had a truly wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful, spacious, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. The location was excellent and peaceful, and all the facilities and services were outstanding. We stayed as a family with children, and the villa was perfect for us. We felt comfortable, safe, and had plenty of privacy throughout our stay. A special thank you to Ahmed for his excellent hospitality, support, and attention to every detail. He was very helpful and responsive and made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for families!
